Participate in a sponsored cycle, swim or run

Sign up for a challenge and nominate the Bridge of Hope

Hold a cake-sale or coffee morning and invite your friends

Hold a Bridge of Hope dinner party

Have a dress-down day at work and invite everyone to pay £1 or more

Help give out Bridge of Hope leaflets and get your local community involved

Ask your local school to hold a fund-raiser
